What youll need to make your Paper Poofs:
- Tissue paper
- Florists wire
- Scissors
Step 1
For large poofs you need 8 sheets of tissue paper.
For tiny poofs you need 1 sheet of tissue paper cut into quarters (you end up with 4 long strips about 6 inches wide). Then stack those 4 strips and cut in half across the short way. This will make 2 poofs.
Step 2
Fold accordion pleats all the way across.
Step 3
Secure with your florists wire.
If you want to, you can cut the ends into points or rounded.
Step 4
Carefully separate the sheets of tissue paper this creates your poofs.
